FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Which areas are covered?
Worldwide. We use national LiDAR and DEM data where available (Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, UK, and more) with Copernicus satellite data as a global fallback. High-resolution orthophotos come from national mapping agencies or Sentinel-2.
What resolution are the maps?
1 meter if LiDAR data is available for your area, 5 meters with national DEMs, or 30 meters globally via Copernicus. Orthophotos range from 0.2 m (national) to 10 m (Sentinel-2). You can see the quality in the free preview before purchasing.
How long does it take?
Typically 1–3 minutes. The maps are generated on-demand for your exact location. You’ll see a live progress indicator while the analysis runs.
Can I use these maps commercially?
Yes. The source data (national DEMs, orthophotos, Open-Meteo climate) is public domain or openly licensed. You can include the maps in client reports, design presentations, or planning applications.
Do I need to draw the property boundary?
No — you can just drop a pin and we’ll generate maps for a 400 × 400 m area around that point. But if you draw the boundary, your maps will be clipped exactly to your property with the boundary shown as a white dashed line.
